Tunisia

I started on a new job but I sure would like to have some away vacations maybe by the end of August. In my MBA I only have vacations o August, so I can only go away that month. I’ve been searching for destinies and I found one that it seems good and it’s not the most expensive ones (there are no cheap ones in August).
Tunisia
Tunisia is "the gateway for those who want to know the Arab world a" safe, bathed by the Mediterranean, with strong Islamic traditions but living in harmony with Western culture.
Tunisia has in recent years to have "a great acceptance by Portuguese tourists, was larger than usual" that why it is consider as an affordable destination to go on by Portuguese people.
It provides a quite holiday on the beaches of the coastline from Gammarth, Hammamet, Port El Kantaoui, through Sousse, Monastir until Mahdia, the adventure of crossing the desert of the Sahara which has its port of entry in Douz, is known for its culture and experiences as one country with strong Islamic traditions.
Some other charms of Tunisia to visit are the familiar blue windows and doors on a white background, as well as the Sidi Bou, a city where Muslim relic of art is required to drink a mint tea with pine nuts, or travel in time and go to Carthage visit the thermal baths of Antoninus and its archaeological remains.
I think I would like going there one day.

Going on a Diet

Remember some time ago I have decided do go on a diet? I told you that later I would put my diet plan.
I quit with it cause now I don’t even have the time to eat properly. With my new job I don’t have lunch at home and has I don’t have a proper lunch I spend all the afternoon eating all kind of stuff. I try to eat mostly fruit but that doesn’t fills me.
Though, and as I lost some weight here it is the diet I did for a bit more than one week.

I cut with all food with sugars. No sweats
No potatoes, rice or pasta whatsoever.
No juices.
Lots of vegetables and fruits
Try to avoid red meat instead I eat chicken or turkey meat.

Basically my diet was like this:

Morning:
I cup of lower fat milk
An expresso coffee

Middle morning:
Some tea
A piece of fruit and a lower fat yogurt

Lunch:
Lots of vegetables or salad with chicken or turkey
Water
Coffee

Afternoon:
Two pieces of the some fruit (we should not eat different fruits together cause it contains o lot of natural sugars)
And/ or a lower fat yogurt

Late afternoon:
Small goat cheese

Dinner:
A plate of soup with lots of vegetables
A piece of fruit

Before going to bed:
A cup of lower fat milk or Hot tea

I drunk a lot of water and teas
This was my diet that made me loose 4 kilos in a week.

New Job

I started on a new Job. For more than a month now I’ve been having interviews to a job as an inside sales. They requested someone with a license degree in languages, that spoke English and Spanish fliuently, and after four interviews I was the selected one. I had to leave kids before the end of the curricular year. But it was only two weeks before and I had to think in my life. I left all the evaluation prepare and now the substitute teacher don’t have to worry with that and it’s not needed to add some extra content to their learning plan because I left it completed. All it’s left for them now it’s to do some games and fun activities in English. After school it’s over I would be with a job and thought I’ve been teaching It’s been three months, almost four, since I don’t get paid. I been stressing a lot because I don’t have money not even to put petrol in my car. I have my MBA monthly payment and I have house expenses, so I need at least to eat. If it wasn’t for Angel I’ll be starving to dead right now. All the English and Spanish classes I teach are paid from 2 to 5 months after being given and I could not continue like this. Of course teaching I earn 2 times more per hour then I do in a normal job, but teaching I did half of the money I’m going to do now because I had few hours per week and still I needed some extra hours to prepare classes. Well, for now I’ve decided to accept this opportunity and thought it’s much less than a normal wage for someone with a degree I wont be stressing by the end of the month because I don’t have money to pay my bills. I still keep on teaching Spanish for adults two times a week after my job because I really like to teach. In the future I aim to be an University teacher but for now I think I have to accept been an inside sales

Diabetes

Some time ago a found an article that draw my attention and I would like to share it with you. Angel has diabetes and when we first started going out together I had the need to search more about diabetes. I found out very interesting things and very helpful ones as well, like on how to deal with a crisis. I also went to his doctor with him once to get to know her and for her to advise me and give me tips about his condition and I learned a great deal. I left there a little frightened, though because she mentioned a lot the worse things that could happen if Angel does not take care. More recently, and as we are now living together and I have the constant need to search for updated information, I found an article that I would like to share. Here it goes:
Top 5 Diabetes Diet Tips for Creating Healthy Meal Plan
by Nishanth Reddy
Diet plays a key role in controlling your blood sugar. A healthy-eating plan tailored to your needs will do that and more. Majority of people affected with diabetes are overweight or obese. In fact, your risk of getting diabetes increases the more weight you put on.
So controlling your diet can be the key to reducing the risk of diabetes as well as improving your symptoms if you are already affected by this disease people often refer to as "the silent killer."
Everybody knows that maintaining a good diet is a healthy choice for every person. But for diabetes patients, this statement means something more significant than the recent fad over healthy living. For diabetes patients, having a healthy diet means eating in a way that reduces the risk for complications that are commonly associated with their conditions, including heart disease and stroke. For them, a healthy diet could mean the difference between die-abetes and live-abetes.Eating healthy involves eating a wide variety of foods that encompasses the whole diet spectrum of vegetables, whole grains, fruits, non-fat dairy products, beans, lean meats, poultry, and fish. No, you do not have to eat all of that, but a little bit of this and that enough to balance the three basic food groups (Go, Grow, and Glow) is what you should aim for.
Tip #1: Preparing a Meal PlanWhen you go on a diabetes diet, the first things you need to do is to prepare a meal plan. This will serve as your guide to how much and what kinds of food you can choose to eat at meals, and even at snack times if you wish to include that. Now, be sure that your meal plan fits in with your schedule and eating habits. That way you will not be likely to ruin your diet simply because your work schedule conflicts with your meal schedule.Keep in mind your end-goal: To keep your blood glucose in levels that are easy enough to maintain. In addition to that somewhat myopic diet goal for diabetes, you also want to follow a meal plan that will help you improve your blood pressure and cholesterol levels as well as keep your weight on track. All these - blood pressure, cholesterol and weight - are factors that contribute to the worsening of your diabetes symptoms, so controlling them could very well mean controlling your diabetes. When preparing a meal plan, be sure to balance uptake and down take - that is, food and exercise, respectively. Additionally, your doctor may have prescribed you with insulin or oral medications to help you manage your condition.Take those medications into account as well when you plan your meal plan, making sure that the food is balanced with the drugs. The whole thing sounds like it's a lot of work but with a few suggestions from your physician and/or dietician you can start building a meal plan that is best for you and your condition.
Summary:If you've never attempted to eat a healthy, well-balanced diet before your diabetes diagnosis, it can be difficult to know where to get started. Try these diabetes tips, as the right food choices will help you control your blood sugar level.About the AuthorNishanth Reddy is an author and publisher of many health related website. I Signed up for SocialSpark!

Social Spark a great community It combines paid reviews and a friend community. It’s great to share ideals, to generate traffic, to get your blog known and to advertise in your blog through it and the best thing is that you can win money doing all this because you have there a lot of opportunities to take paid reviews.

I found out about SocialSpark in one of my blog searches and I´ve decided to sign up because I saw there an opportunity to meet new people, to present my blog and to make new friends. At the beginning I did not have much time to browse and see all the functionalities it has, and only after two weeks I requested for my blog verification for that reason I’ve been waiting for my blog to be approved on Social Sparks for about 2 weeks. It was approved this weekendJ. Now that I took a little time (not much) to browse there a bit more I realized it is much better than I first realized. It’s a great community where I can meet a lot of people, and make friends (I had already some friend requests), but most of all I can find a great deal of very nice blogs that share the same interest as me. Having more friends give me the opportunity to have a better rank page thus leading me to have more opportunities in paid reviews. I’m finding it amazing. Most opportunities in SocialSpark are taken really fast but the good news is that you can apply for one and wait in a queue for it to be available to you.
Further more I have to say that Social Sparks is:
-100% Audit-able In-Post Disclosure -100% Transparency -100% Real Opinions -100% Search Engine Friendly
Thank you Social Spark for having my blog approved!

Blog Update

I’m not updating my blog as I would like because don’t have much time to write lately. I’m in a big stress with work and with school. As I have more than one job I found it difficult to tackle with my time. I think I need a time managing course. Do you know any online?
It’s been three weeks since I’m having my school examination, I don’t know if I’ve mentioned before but It having an MBA, so I have to study hard and it’s not an easy job. Besides giving English classes to children I also lecture Spanish Classes to Portuguese Adults. And those three jobs have been keeping me very busy. My examinations ends by the end of June and I can’t wait for it to be gone because I feel really tired of studying. I don’t have proper weekends, also because my examination is at Saturdays, and I don’t have night time because I need to study. The thing that makes me sadder is that I’m living with angel for about two months now and I can’t find the time not to be with him more often neither to enjoy my first times as a couple living together.
